Dear sir or madam,
In response to the Trainee Program P&G presented in Tsinghua at 25th Nov, namely Markets Trainee Program for Chinese Students, I am writing this letter to apply for the Trainee position.
I am currently pursuing a 2010 MPA degree in Beijing Normal University. The courses provided and my regular reading of concerning materials lay a solid professional foundation for the sales position I am applying. The shift from a bachelor degree of ^ is to some degree, a tough challenge for me, but, to a larger degree, a concrete proof of me as a quick and effective learner.
I always work with an explicit goal and strong intention to realize the goal set, and my successful experiences as a office assistant and assistant planning in the leading company in China help build a excellent command over communication skills including presentation, listening, persuasion and convincing, which are further enhanced and internationalized by my outstanding mastery of English language.
As for a sales ^ ,working under pressure and good time management also decide his/her performance. From …to…, I successfully balanced 3 tough time schedules and worked them all up to beautiful standards, which adequately demonstrates my efficient approaches to time management and pressure.
P&G, with its …year history and reputation, is the best consultancy company in the whole world, but to me, P&G is also the best place to work for and work with.
Attached you will find my CV, and a personal statement.
Thank you very much for your time and kindness.
Looking forward to your reply!
Yours faithfully,
Bruce Liu
Thanks note
Hi Ms Barbara,
Thank you for your time and kindneand it is a great experience talking to you.
Xxx-x, as the most prestigious financial all acrothe world, is the dream place where young people would like to work for. HR, despite all the tough but inspiring challenges, offers us the chances to meet all types of talents and to learn from them. While other function departments are managing tangible or intangible assets, HR is managing the ultimate motivation of all businesses.
It is a pity that I have not worked in a HR position so far, but during my past experience, I have done jobs tightly related to HR, I have interviewed over 200 candidates for my company and recruited around 20 of them, nearly all of whom have proved themselves successful in their positions. Also my experiences in training and marketing do contribute to build up my specialties and qualifications that a HR position is looking for. Working as a trainer and teacher, I have developed strong communication and presentation skills. My marketing position is very helpful for my people skills, and my 23 year consistence in practicing Chinese traditional calligraphy has also been very constructive in my characters facing frustrations, difficulties and challenges.
Furthermore, the International MBA program in xx-xx University also provides me the best HR courses and professors for me to set up my academic structure of HR and gives me concrete case and project experiences concerning HR, with which I will by all means work hard.
Thank you again for the opportunity and interview!
Looking forward to the reply.
Best regard,
